Dates: Monday July 24th, 2023 to Friday July 28th, 2023
Players to be separated on the ice into groups of similar age and or skill level
Ratio: Players to Instructor 5:1 for maximum personal attention (quality, not quantity)
Ice Times:
Mornings : 9:15 am – 10:45 am
Afternoons : 2:15 pm – 3:45 pm

HI-PERFORMANCE TECHNICAL FUNDAMENTAL DEVELOPMENT FROM PRO TECH HOCKEY ACADEMY
- Total of 15 hours on-ice for the week
- 3 Hours on-ice daily, includes
- 1.5 hours of Elite Power Skating in the mornings, Forwards & Backwards, Posture, Balance, Weight Transfer, Isolation, Power Edges (inside/outside), Boot Work, Loading, Push Off, Stride, Length, Drive Through, Exploding, Quick Starts, 3 Gears, Crossovers (power-accelerating-quick feet), Undercut, Acceleration, Overspeed, Transitions, Pivots, Agility, Lateral & Resistance. Pucks are incorporated into some of our power skating
- 1.5 hours of Skills Development, all variations of Stick handling, Passing, Shooting, Checking, Competitive Drills, 1on1, 2on2, 3on3 Battle Variations, Contact, Teach Hitting and Protection, Active Stick Checking, and Game Situations in the afternoons.
- We breakdown, teach and develop the proper fundamentals & technique for all hockey
skills continually throughout our program
- Separation of forwards and defensemen at times, for specific skill development
relevant to game situations
- 1 on 1 Correction & Reinforcement
- Scrimmage (Friday)
